No Sugar Added No Bake Cookies aka Cow Pies

Ingredients
1 stick Margarine1/2 cup Milk, nonfat 2 1/2 cups Splenda4 Tbsp Peanut Butter, smooth style2 1/2 cups Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain1 tsp Vanilla Extract3 Tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
Directions
In a medium saucepan, combine splenda, milk, margarine, and cocoa. Bring to a boil, and cook for 1 1/2 minutes. Remove from heat, and stir in peanut butter, oats, and vanilla. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper. Let cool until hardened.
