Chicken with Spinach and White Wine Sauce

Ingredients
Ingredients:Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 breast, bone and skin removed (remove)Spinach, fresh, 1 package (10 oz) (remove)Salt, 1 tsp (remove)Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)*Lemon Juice, .5 fl oz (remove)Chicken Broth, .5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)White Wine, 1 fl oz (remove)
Directions
Eliminate Salt if using chicken bouillonl Saute chicken in nonstick pan until browned on both sides. Add half the broth and the lemon juice and simmer, covered for 10 mins, or until chicken is done.

Remove chicken and keep warm. Scrape bottom pan, add remaining half of broth and white wine. Add Beans, Simmer, stirring until wine is evaporated. Serve immediately
