Mexican Chicken Lasagna - Heils5

Ingredients
1 pkg of 8oz. cream cheese1/4 cup lightly packed fresh cilantro/ chopped2 cups shredded colby cheese (any cheese you like)1 can/ 28oz enchilada sauce12 tortillas3 cups cooked chicken breast1/2 cup onion (use more or less to your taste)
Directions
Warm cream cheese, mix with cilantro and 1 1/2 c cheese. Spread 2/3 cup enchilada sauce on bottom of deep dish baker.

Pour remaining enchilada sauce into container for dipping tortillas.

Once sauce is in baker, dip 4 tortillas into the enchilda sauce and arrange in dish; place half the cream cheese mix on top, top w/ 1 cup of chicken and some onion; repeat layers one time. Dip remaining tortillas into suace and arrange over second layer. Top with remaining chicken and onion. Pour remaining enchilada sauce over lasagna and sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.

Bake at 350 for 40ish minutes until center is hot. Let stand 10 minutes. Sprinkle with additional cilantro. You can cook this in the microwave for 12-15 minutes until hot, let sit for 10 minutes and sprinkle with additional cilantro..
