Ingredients
14 ounces Turkey Polish Sausage2 cans green beans1 can diced potatoes or dice your own1 small onion2 cups cabbage diced
Directions
Dice or cut sausage, onion, potatoes, and cabbage. Put in a skillet with green beans and cook until done. Yield: about 10 cups.

    This was good. I added some fajata vegies and substituted one can of corn for one can of green beans to add more flavor I also added some spices. It was really filling but do not see 10 servings comming out of this...It made 3 for us...so the calories were a little higher but still in the OK range. - 1/21/10
