Sweet and Tangy Three Bean Salad

1(15-oz) can Chickpeas, drained1(15-oz) can Green beans, drained1(15-oz) can Kidney beans, drained4 green onions, diced2 large celery stalks, sliced1/2 cup cider vinegar1/4 cup olive oil1 tbs. honey1/2 tsp. yellow mustard1/4 tsp. garlic powder1/4 tsp. black pepper
1. Mix three beans together
2. Mix in onions and celery
3. In a separate bowl, mix vinegar, oil, honey, mustard, garlic powder, and pepper to form a dressing.
4. Toss dressing over beans, onion, and celery.
5. Refrigerate for 1 hour, until cold
6. Toss and serve
