Pink Adobe Green Chile

Ingredients
4 cups (32 oz) frozen mild green chile (fresh if available)1 cup onion, chopped1 cup whole canned tomatoes, squished1/4 cup olive oil1 Tablespoon salt1 Teaspoon fresh garlic, minced1 Teaspoon oregano1 Teaspoon cilantro1 Teaspoon ground cumin
Directions
In a large pot, lightly saute onions in olive oil.
Combine chiles, tomatoes & spices and add to onions and mix well.
Simmer about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Make 16 1-cup servings.
