Kalamata Olive Hummus

Ingredients
2 cans chick peas2-3 cloves garlicjuice of 1 lemon1 c. pitted kalamata olives1 tbsp.cumin,ground1 tsp red pepper flakes1/4 c. olive oil
Directions
Put garlic in food processor and process 15 secs.
Add chick Peas and all other ingredients except olive oil.
Pulse and slowly add olive oil til hummus is smooth. Add water to attain desired consistency.

Makes about 3 cups hummus.
