Pasta Fagiol (Olive Garden Soup)

2 lb. ground beef12 oz. onion, chopped14 oz carrots, slivered14 oz. celery, diced48 oz. canned tomatoes, diced8 oz dry pasta (something small)2 cans red kidney beans2 cans white kidney beans88 oz beef broth3 tsp. parsley1 1/2 tsp. tabasco sauce
Cook beef in large 10 qt. pot. Drain. Add onions, carrots, celery, and tomatoes. Simmer for about 15 minutes. Drain and rinse beans, and add to pot. Add remaining ingredients.
Makes 9 quarts.
