Ham Loaf

Ingredients
Ham, extra lean, (5% fat), 1 lb.*Pork, fresh, ground, raw, 1 lb.Wheaties Cereal, 3 cupsEgg, fresh, 2 extra largeMilk, nonfat, 1 cup1 tsp salt1/8 tsp pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Shape into oblong loaf in ungreased 9 inch baking pan or dish. Bake uncovered 1 hour. Pour drippings from pan before serving.
