Ingredients
1/2 cup of xylitol3 egg whites1/8 cop of hershey's special dark cocoa
Directions
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. prepare a large cookie sheet by cutting parchment paper to fit.
With hand mixer, beat three egg whites until soft peaks form. Slowly add in xylitol and cocoa, beating as you go until very stiff peaks form.
spoon teaspoons of mixture onto parchment covered cookie sheet. Bake at 200 degreed for 90 minutes. Cookies will be very delicate and crisp.
makes approx. 36 cookies.
