Ingredients
*Alfredo Sauce, Bertoli, 1.75 cup Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz) Carrots, raw, 1 cup, grated *Spinache - Raw, 2 cup Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Celery, raw, .5 cup, diced Garlic, 1 tsp Perdue Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, 12 oz *Whole wheat potatoe gnocchi, Racconto, 3 cup *Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbsp 4 cups reduced sodium chix broth
Directions
saute garlic onions and celery in olive oil.
add chicken-brown and cook through
add shredded carrots and spinache.
add alfredo and water
add cooked gnocche
and simmer
