Ingredients
1 6oz boneless chicken breast cut into bite-size pieces1 Tablespoon grape seed oil2 cup rehydrated black mushrooms cut into pieces4 cups napa cabbage slice finely1 cup cubed firm tofu6 cups Chicken broth1 cup snow peas cut up3 cups bean sprouts1 Tablespoon sesame oil6 teaspoons sugar1/4 cup rice wine vinegar1 cup soy sauce6 Tablespoons Ginger chili sauce
Directions
Heat grape seed oil. Saute chicken remove set aside. Add nappa cabbage, snow peas, bean sprouts and black mushrooms. Cook on high for about 5 minutes. Add chicken broth, reserved chicken, tofu,sesame oil, garlic chili sauce, sugar and vinegar. Cook for about 30 minutes.
