Shepherds Pie

Ingredients
2 pounds Hamburger8 medium potatoes - mashed2 cans cream of Mushroom soup12 oz frozen corn8 oz shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Makes 12 servings.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Brown hamburger, then mix with cream of mushroom soup. While hamburger is browning, boil potatoes to mash. Grease bottom of large glass cake pan, spread hamburger mixture in bottom of pan. Spread a layer of frozen corn over hamburger mixture, then cover that with mashed potatoes. Grate cheddar cheese over top of mixture. Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes.

    WE DON,T MAKE OURS WITH CORN, INSTEAD USE FRENCHSTYLE GREENBEANS OR FROZEN PEAS AND CARROTS. THIS IS MORE TRADITIONAL AND THE GLYCEMIC INDEX IS BETTER THAN CORN. - 1/3/10
