High Protein pancakes, egg whites only

Ingredients
2 egg whites1 T. toasted wheat bran3 T. whole raw oats1/4 C. fat free cottage cheesedash salt5 drops stevia or other sugar substitute
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a mini processor. Mix for a few seconds. Cook as for regular pancakes. Can add blueberries or other fruit. I eat this topped with fresh fruit. No butter.
