Tart Breakfast Smoothie

1 individual serving Chobani Greek Yogurt-Honey flavor.1 cup blueberries (frozen)1 cup of orange sections1 cup Light Silk soy milk2 tbsp Bob's milled flaxseed meal1 medium banana (frozen works well)1 cup ice
Blend yogurt, blueberries and soy milk at a medium speed (blend) for 2 minutes.
Add orange sections and banana, blend for an additional minute,
Add flaxseed meal and ice. Increase blender speed to high (frappe) for 2 more minutes or until thick.
If too thick squeeze juice of 1/2 of an orange or add 1/4 orange juice.
If too tart add 1 tbsp honey.
Makes 2 servings.
