Easy Grab and Go Breakfast Balls - LOW CARB

Ingredients
1 lb ground sausage (Turkey, Pork, whatever you choose)1/2 package shredded cheddar cheese2 cups flax meal
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. In medium bowl mix flax, sausage, and cheese. Line a cookie sheet with tin foil and place walnut sized balls of sausage mixture 1 inch apart. Bake for 15-20 minutes. My serving size is 3 balls per person, but it somewhat varies depending on the batch.
