ham and mushroom pasta

Ingredients
Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 1 cup (remove)Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove)Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)Ham, extra lean, (5% fat), 1 cup, diced (remove)Light Cream (coffee cream or table cream), 1 cup (remove)Garlic, 1 clove (remove)
Directions
serves 4
boil water for pasta cook pasta whilst making the sauce
spray a non stick ffry pan
chop onion and fry with garlic when soft add ham and lightly fry
When lightly fryed add mushrooms for 1 minute
add cream cook for 1 minute take off the heat .
Rinse pasta when cooked. warm sauce add to pasta. ready to eat. If you like you can add chopped shallotts as at topping.
salt and pepper to taste
