Meat & Cheese Lunch Muffins

Ingredients
1/2 # pork breakfast sausage1 cup shredded cheddar cheese1/4 cup vegetable oil1 egg1 1/4 cup non fat milk1/4 cup sugar1/2 tsp salt2 cups flour
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 deg.

Brown sausage. Shred cheese. Grease 12 muffin cups.

Mix together oil, egg, and milk until well combined. Add sugar, salt, and flour. Stir until smooth. Stir in sausage and cheese.

Evenly portion batter into 12 muffin tin cups and bake for about 20 minutes, until tops are golden brown.

Makes 6 servings, 2 muffins each.
