Ingredients
70 grams fresh tomatoes. diced.80 grams avocado (1 small), diced2 stalks celery,chopped50 grams cucumber, chopped1 tablespoon maynaisesalt and pepper to taste1/2 teaspoon lemon juice1 large white pita, halved
Directions
In a small bowl combine first five ingredients. Cut pita in two and fill each half with 1/2 mixture.
