Crockpot "Chicken Lickin" Pork Chops

Ingredients
4 lean pork chops1/2 cup of all purpose flour1.5 tsp of dry mustard1/2 tsp garlic powder2 tbsp of olive oil1 can of chicken and rice soup (low sodium)Salt /pepper to taste
Directions
Mix the mustard, garlic powder and flour in a shallow bowl and coat pork chops with this mixture. Brown the coated pork chops on both sides in the olive oil in a large skillet. Place browned pork chops into your crock pot. Add undiluted can of low sodium chicken and rice soup and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours. Serve over brown or wild rice.

*Note* Pan should be hot when you add the chops - medium high heat. The browner the chops the better.
