Ingredients
2 Tbsp low-sugar peanut butter (e.g., Simply Jif)2 Tbsp granulated splenda2 teaspoons egg substitute2 drops vanilla extract ---Optional ingredients (choc chips and coconut both included in nutrition calculation):1 Tbsp mini choc chips1 Tbsp shredded coconutRaisinsChopped peanuts, cashews, or hazlenutsmini M&Ms
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.

Mix all ingredients in small bowl with a fork.

Drop onto non-stick cookie sheet or sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 10 - 12 minutes. Allow to cool slightly on sheet then remove to wire rack to finish cooling.
