Cilantro Hummus

Ingredients
1/2 c tahini6 T lemon juice3 garlic cloves1/3 c water1/4 c olive oil2 c garbanzo beans (chick peas) - drained1 t salt1 t coriander1/2 t cumin1/2 t cayenne pepper (to taste)1/2 c coarsely chopped cilantro
Directions
In food processor, blend tahini, lemon juice, garlic, water and olive oil.

Add garbanzo beans, spices and cilantro. Blend in food processor until smooth.

Serve with toasted pita bread.
