Creamy Salsa Chicken (Crock Pot)

Ingredients
1 pound of chicken breasts1 8-oz block of cream cheese2 T of taco seasoning1 16-oz jar of salsa1 1/2 cups corn kernels(we usually add black or kidney beans, too, but didn't have any this time)
Directions
Add everything but the cream cheese to the crockpot. Cook for 6 hours on low.
30 minutes before serving, add cream cheese.
Serve in a tortilla shell with spring mix, a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese, and salsa.
