Buffalo Chili

Ingredients
one pound ground Buffalo1 can rotel1 can Kidney beansSpices (cumin, garlic powder, chili powder)small white onion diced4 tbs shredded cheese
Directions
Brown buffalo and onion. Drain beans and wash, add to pan. Add tomatoes, 1/2 can of water and spices. Divide into 4 bowls and top with 1 TBS cheese each.
