Pepper sesame chicken stir fry

2 chicken breast 1 red pepper1 med. onion4 cloves garlicsesame oil (1 tbsp for wok)cayenne pepper, chili powder, ginger, crushed red pepper, mrs dash table blend)celerey (2 stalks)sriracha, or other hot sauce..
Serves about 4 people
set oven to broil- place chicken in a baking dish, and cover with about 3 tsp sriracha, and 3 tbsp of soy sauce- sprinkle herbs and spices and place tin foil over chicken. Broil about 15-25 min, depending on when the juices run clear.
In a wok, put 1 tbsp sesame oil. cut up your veggies and put them on a med. temp in the wok. Add 1 tbsp soy sauce and a few toasted sesame seeds if you wish. Make the rice in a rice cooker, or however you normally make your rice.
When chicken is cooked, take out of pan, and cut into small pieces. Then place the chicken in the wok, and remaining sauce as well. Serve over rice!

Yes, it includes 2 cups of cooked rice in the 4 servings. sorry I didn't mean to leave it out!! Hope you enjoy it!!
