Low Carb Chocolate Cheese Cake

Ingredients
* Hazelnuts, .25 cup, chopped * Pecans, .5 cup, chopped * Cream Cheese, 24 oz * Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat, 1 cup (not packed) * Egg, fresh, 3 large * *coco unsweetened, 8 tbsp * *Sucralose (like Splenda), 8 tbsp * *DaVinci Gourmet - Sugar Free Syrup Vanilla, , 1 oz * Butter, unsalted, 1 tbsp
Directions
Use Butter to grease the inside bottom of a large springform pan. Pat Nuts into place evenly over the butter.

In a large mixer bowl: Add cream cheese, Splenda and beat until smooth. Add eggs one at a time while beating, add Davinci Syrup I used French Vanilla. Stop mixer and dump Coco in on LOW speed mix in the Coco. Add cottage cheese after it has been smoothed together in a food processor. Dump over top of nut crust and bake on 300 for 60 minutes. If you don't want the top to crack set in a pan of hot water during baking.

Serves 12 NOT FOR A LOW FAT DIET!!
