Crock Pot Beef Stew

1 1/2 lbs. Stew Meat, trimmed of fat3 Large Carrots, cut into 1/2" pieces2 Large Celery Ribs, cut into 1" pieces1 - 12 oz. can Corn, drained and rinsed2 Medium Green Bell Peppers, coarsely diced1 Large Onion, finely diced4 Medium Potatoes, unpeeled and cubed1 Bay Leaf1 - 15 oz. can Stewed Tomatoes, Italian Recipe1 - 8 oz. can Tomato Sauce1/4 Tsp. Garlic Powder1/4 Tsp. Black Pepper1 Tsp. Dill Weed1 Beef Bouillon cube2 Cups Warm Water
1. Layer stew meat on bottom of slow cooker. Add carrots, celery, bell pepper, onion, potatoes, and corn.
2. In a large bowl, add stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and dill weed. Stir until well mixed. Pour evenly over top of ingredients in slow cooker.
3. Dissolve bouillon cube in warm water, and add to crock pot. Add bay leaf. Cover and cook for 8 to 10 hours.
