Ingredients
2 Medium Bananas Peeled1 Pint Fresh Strawberries2 Kiwi Fruit without skin2 1/2 Cups of 1% Milk
Directions
You will need a blender.

First you put the milk in. Then you put the bananas in and blend them up. Then you put about half the pint of fresh strawberries in and blend them up. You will put in the peeled kiwi in the blender and blend that. After that you will put the rest of the strawberries in the blender and blend it.
