Peanut Butter-Choco Chip Cookies (GFCF)

one cup-8oz granulated sugarone cup-8oz peanut butterone teaspoon vanillaone cup chocolate chips (may use less)one large egg
Preheat oven to 350 deg. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
I recommend mixing the cup of sugar and the egg first. Add the cup of peanut butter, and the vanilla until all is well blended.
Add the chocolate chips last. May want to use half of the chocolate chips.
Drop by spoonful and press down with fork.
Bake for 7-9 minutes.
Cool for at least 5 minutes, cookies crumble easily when hot.
