Not the traditional bean salad

Ingredients
edamame beansdark red kidney beansseedless cucumbersgarlicred onionspoppy seedsrice vinegarorganic extra virgin olive oilhoneydijon mustard
Directions
Mix both beans, onion, cucumber and garlic together in a bowl. Mix dressing ingredients together except for oil. After all dressing ingredients are mixed together whisk in olive oil. Pour over bean salad and let marinade overnight.
