Hamburger Soup Recipe with Vegetables and Macaroni

Ingredients
1 pound 93/7 ground turkey1/4 teaspoon pepper1/4 teaspoon oregano1/4 teaspoon basil1 envelope dry onion soup mix1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese4 cups boiling water 1 beef bouillon cube or beef flavor granules - sodium free1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce1 tablespoon soy sauce, low sodium1 cup celery, sliced1 cup carrots, sliced.25 cup onion, chopped1 cup macaroni, cooked & drained
Directions
Crumble uncooked ground turkey into slow cooker. Add pepper, oregano, basil, onion soup mix. Stir in water, bouillon, tomato sauce and soy sauce; then add onion, celery, and carrots. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours. Turn to HIGH and add cooked macaroni and Parmesan cheese. Cover and cook on HIGH for 10 to 15 minutes.
Makes about 6 servings.
