Parmesan Grilled Shrimp

Ingredients
1 4 oz. tilapia filetcajun seasoning, to tastePam, butter flavored spray1 T chopped onion1/4 t. garlic1 t. lemon juice4 medium shrimp1 oz. lemon juice1 oz. milk, 2%2 T. parmesan cheese, shreddedsalt to taste
Directions
Place filet in grill basket and sprinkle with cajun seasoning to your liking. Grill over medium heat until fish flakes easily with a fork. Meanwhile, spray non-stick pan with Pam. Add 1 t. lemon juice and saute onions, add garlic and shrimp. Saute until shrimp is pink. In small saucepan, heat 1 oz. lemon juice and 1 oz. milk. Add parmesan and heat until melted. Pour sauce over fish and top with shrimp. Makes one serving.
