Chocolate Waffle Cookies

Ingredients
COOKIES3 squares (3 ounces) chocolate1 cup butter2 and 1/2 cup flour1/4 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon vanilla1 and 1/2 cup sugar (granulated)4 eggsFROSTING1/4 cup sugar1/4 cup milk1 square (or 1 ounce) chocolate6 tablespoons butter1 pound (1 and 3/4 cup) powdered sugar
Directions
COOKIES
1. Melt chocolate and butter over hot water.
2.Beat eggs and sugar.
3. Add chocolate mixture, then the rest of the COOKIE ingredients.
4. Bake one teaspoon of dough on hot waffle iron for 65 seconds. You can put four cookies on at once if you have a waffle iron with four sections. (That'll make it go quicker)

FROSTING
5. Melt all FROSTING ingredients together EXCEPT the powdered sugar.
6. Add the powdered sugar to the melted mixture.

7. Frost the cookies once everything is cooled.

Yield:75-80 delicious cookies

Bake Time: 65 seconds per cookie
