Directions
Combine all ingredients together- omitting walnuts and raisins if desired, and adding other dried fruits or nuts to taste.
Preheat oven and lightly grease 9x13 pan. Combine ingredients and press into pan. Bake for 20 minutes. Cut into squares of desired size and cook for another 5 minutes. Let cool for five minutes, and turning off oven, place bars on cookie sheet and return to oven to continue to dry.
