Whole Wheat Apple Pancakes

Ingredients
2 eggs1/2 cup non-fat milk1/3 cup whole wheat or whole grain flourpinch of salt1/2 of Granny Smith Apple chopped
Directions
Makes 1 - 12" pancake. Serving size is 1/2.

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a non-stick 12" cooking pan. You may want to spray pan with cooking spray . Cook over very low heat until the pancake sets (5-6 mins). Flip and cook until cooked through (3-4 mins)

You can serve these with traditional syrup or sprinkle sugar over them. I just make them with honey and wheat germ on top.
