Ingredients
4- Center Cut Boneless Pork Chops2 Cloves of Garlic Minced2 Tablespoons Chopped Onion2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce1 Tablespoon Honey
Directions
To create marinade combine minced garlic with chopped onion, lemon juice, soy sauce, and honey.

Pour over 4 center-cut boneless pork-chops and marinade for 24 hours in the refrigerator.

Grill for approximately 7 minutes per side (depending on the thickness of the chop)

    This recipe was so good! It will be made many many more times in my household. The only thing we did different is doubled the receipe, skillet fried for 3 minutes on each side, then put in the convection oven at 400 degrees on a toast pan for 10-13 minutes, flipping halfway thru, cook till reach170 - 1/11/11
