Crockpot Pork Chops

Ingredients
Ingredients:*Pork, fresh, loin, top loin (chops), boneless, separable lean and fat, raw, 4 lbCream of Chicken Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz) Milk, canned, evaporated, nonfat, 1 fl oz
Directions
Spray frying pan with Pam. Season pork chops with salt, pepper and brown pork chops on both sides. Remove chops from pan and add cream of chicken soup and eveaporated milk. Stir together and simmer for just a few minutes until blended. Put chops in crock pot and add the sauce. Cook on low for 6-8 hours until fork tender. I serve them over brown rice
