Ingredients
* Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 tbsp (remove) * Milk, 1%, 0.50 cup (remove) * Nutmeg, ground, 1 tbsp (remove) * Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove) * Salt, 2 tsp (remove) * Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 0.50 oz (remove) * Whole Wheat Penne (dry), 16 oz (remove) * Swiss Cheese, 8 oz (remove) * Cheddar Cheese, 8 oz (remove) * Butter, unsalted, 4 tbsp (remove) * Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk, 15 oz (remove)
Directions
Preheat oven to 450
Boil pasta
Melt butter, milk & cheese
Add salt and pepper and nutmeg
mix cheese sauce with pasta
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese & bread crumbs on top, sprinkle a bit of nutmeg
Bake at 450 for 12 minutes, or until cheese is bubbling and topping is browned
