Ingredients
1 C. Greek yogurt plain nonfat 1 C. Raspberries1/4 C. Semisweet chocolateYou can substitute strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, or any other berry.If you do feel that it needs additional sweetness, drizzle 1 T of agave nectar or honey onto the yogurt or mix it in, adding 10 calories.To remove a few calories, use 6 oz. of Greek Yogurt and save 32 calories.(You can use 2 T. of chocolate chips instead of 1/4 C. to save a few more calories, but you'll miss out on some of your healthy fats that way.)
Directions
Yogurt first, then fruit, top with chocolate chips.

    For this recipe you would be doing it a disservice to use any kind of yogurt other than the Greek Fat-Free (Fage or Chobani preferably). If you've never tried it, you simply must! This is the most elegant recipe imaginable. I would favor it as dessert, with possibly some chopped walnut topper. - 11/15/10

    I do the same for a breakfast parfait, but use Stonyfield Organic FF Yogurt 110 cal and 3 pieces Dove Promises Dark Choc; chopped and a tablespoon of Splenda. Total calories are then 291 for the whole thing. - 1/5/10
