Nan's Creamy Seafood Chowder

Ingredients
2 cups skim milk20 sprays parkay fat free spray margerine6 large baby carrots chopped and cooked till tender1 medium stalk of celery chopped and cooked till tender1 medium potatoe diced and cooked till tender1/3 mashed potatoe2 Tblsp. chives2Tblsp parsley1 tsp. Old Bay garlic and herb seasoning12 oz. of small raw scallops in thier juices6 oz. cooked and chopped shrimp (bite size)pepper and salt as desired.(go easyon the salt)
Directions
Cook shrimp and cut into bite size pieces. Dice and chop potatoes,celery and carrots and microwave till tender. in medium cook pot , add parkay margerine, old bay seasoning and scallops in thier juices, heat slowly cooking till scallops are tender. Add 2 cups of skim milk and mashed potatoes, stirring frequently until mash potates are dissolved. Add remaining ingredients(shrimp,cooked potatoes,celery,carrots and chives) and heat to serving tempreture . Taste great with a good hard rye bread. Makes 5 1 cup servings
