Ingredients
2 Cups flour1 T baking powder1 t salt1 T Splenda granulated.1/3 cup Crisco Butter flavored Shortening1 cup Soy milk (vanilla lite)
Directions
Preheat oven to 450. Mix together dry ingredients add shortening and cut in with knife or pastry blender until sand like (about two minutes.) add in soy milk until well mixed and drop by spoon onto baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes until just turning golden brown. Makes 10 w/ 155 calories each.
