Ingredients
1 can corn1 can black beans, drained & rinsed1/2 cup water1 green bell pepper (diced)1 small onion (diced)1 jar (2 oz) diced pimientos1/2 cup sugar1/2 cup cider vinegar1/2 tsp celery seed1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp mustard seed1/4 tsp tabasco
Directions
Mix corn, bell pepper, black beans, onion and pimientos in a bowl and set aside. Heat remaining ingredients to a boil for approx. 2 min. Pour over corn mixture, stirr, cover and refridgerate for at least 4 hours to blend flavors.
