Raspberry Vinegrette

Ingredients
1/2 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen1/ cup apple cider vinegar1/4 cup balsamic vinegar1 Tablespoon Nature's Hollow Sugar Free Raspberry preserves1 Tablespoon dijon mustard1/4 cup olive oil
Directions
Add all ingredients, except oil to a blender or food processor and puree until smiooth. Slowly add oil until well combined. Makes 11 2-Tablespoon servings.
