1 Cup Yellow or White Corn Kernels ( I like frozen because they are crunchier)1 Medium Red Onion, chopped1-2 Red, Yellow, or Orange Bell Peppers, chopped1 Bunch of Green Onion, chopped1 Can of Black-eyed Peas, drained1 Cup Fat-Free Italian Dressing
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
