Lolie's Creamy Cilanto Chicken

1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast -- cut in 1" cubes1 teaspoon olive oil3 ounces cream cheese fat free3/4 cup milk, 1% lowfat2 tablespoons lime juice1/2 cup cilantro -- chopped
Seas chicken with salt and pepper Heat a large skillet, spray with cooking spray Add the oil; brown chicken Remove from skillet; keep warm To the skillet, add cream cheese; whisking until cheese melts Whisk in the milk, stir until well blended Add lime juice and cilantro Return chicken to skillet; simmer, covered until chicken is cooked through (~10 minutes) Garnish with additional chopped cilantro
