Low Fat Garlic Veggie Dip

8 oz plain fat free yogurt2 tbsp fat free sour cream1 tsp garlic, chopped1 tsp parsley, dried1/2 tsp onion powder
Directions
Mix all ingredients together well.
Refrigerate for at least an hour or throw it in your lunch cooler with some fresh veggies and enjoy.
