    looks like ALOT of rice for 6 people. 1 cup of rice makes enough for 6-8 people..... just asking?

    Sounds marvelous, although I would look for reduced fat coconut milk to cut some calories and add chopped green onions and maybe some lemongrass. mmm mmm mmm - 9/20/07
