Ingredients
3 medium sized zucchini, coursely chopped3 tbs olive oil1 15-oz can pineapple, undrained1 can black beans, drained
Directions
In a large pan, saute zucchini in olive oil on med heat. Once browned, add all ingredients. Heat through, stirring occasionally.
