6 eggs (1 cup)1 c milk1 tsp salt1 c flour1 stick butter or margarine (can use 1/2 stick if desired)
Preheat oven to 400. Melt the butter in a 9x13 pan. Meanwhile, beat eggs, milk, salt together well. Add flour slowly and beat well. Pour into pan when butter is melted. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve with syrup or fill with fruit or savory meat (taco meat, sausage, etc). Makes 6 servings
