Kat's Egg Noodles

Ingredients
1 cup flour1 egg1 oz. water1 dash of salt
Directions
Mix flour with a dash of salt. Add egg and water and mix well. Kneed dough until combined and still a little sticky. Roll out until very thin and cut into strips of noodles (I use a pizza cutter to cut them).

Add to boiling soup broth for at least five minutes.
